We sell 4WD and car parts over the counter in Winnellie and send them anywhere in Australia, with parts to Katherine the next business day and same-day delivery to Palmerston if you need it. See areas we service. Freight is paid by the customer, and we'll always give you the cost before anything is sent.

Pick up from our yard

Collect your part from 141 Coonawarra Road, Winnellie, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. There's no charge for pickup.

Freight anywhere in Australia

We send parts around Darwin, across the Territory and interstate. Small parts usually go by courier. Engines, gearboxes, diffs and panels go on a pallet with a freight company.

Freight is worked out on the size, weight and destination of the part. We'll quote it with the part price so you know the full cost up front.

How long it takes

  • Darwin: usually the same or next business day
  • Katherine: next business day
  • Rest of the NT: allow 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you are and freight schedules
  • Interstate: varies by location, and we'll give you an estimate when you order

Payment and dispatch

Payment is due before dispatch. We pack and send parts Monday to Friday, and we'll pass on tracking details when the carrier provides them.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Check your part when it arrives. If it's damaged or hasn't turned up, let us know within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) and we'll take it up with the freight company.

Returns and warranty claims

For returns and warranty claims, the cost of freighting the part back to us is paid by you. On an approved warranty claim, we pay to send the repaired or replacement part back. The details are in our terms of sale.
