• Free local pickup from our Darwin workshop during business hours

2. Delivery Methods

We use a range of delivery partners to ensure your parts arrive safely and on time, including:

• Local couriers for Darwin metro area

• National freight carriers for NT and interstate deliveries

• Specialist carriers for oversized or heavy items (e.g. engines, gearboxes, panels)

3. Delivery Times

• Darwin metro: same-day or next-day delivery (depending on order time and part availability)

• NT regional and remote: allow 2–7 business days depending on location and freight schedules

• Interstate deliveries: delivery times vary by location (please confirm when ordering)

We will always provide an estimated delivery timeframe at the time of order.

4. Delivery Costs

• Delivery charges are based on the size, weight and destination of your order

• We will confirm costs when you place your order or request a quote

• Local pickup from our Darwin workshop is free of charge

5. Handling and Dispatch

• Orders are packed and dispatched during business hours, Monday to Friday

• We take care to package all items securely to minimise the risk of damage in transit

6. Lost or Damaged Deliveries

We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery of your parts. If an item is lost or damaged during delivery:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery date if not received)
