Find out why the old one failed
Before you fit a replacement, find out what killed the old engine. Overheating, dust getting past the air filter, a failed injector or a snapped timing belt will do the same to the next one if the cause isn't fixed.

Do you sell reconditioned engines?
Yes. We sell used and reconditioned (recon) engines. Tell us the vehicle and engine code and we'll tell you what we have, or find one through our network of 300+ wrecking yards.
What comes with the engine?
Engines are sold as a bare long block. Accessories and ancillaries such as turbos, injection parts, water pumps and manifolds are sold separately, so tell us what you need and we'll quote the lot.
What needs replacing for the engine warranty?
The main seals, timing belt or chain, water pump, thermostat, radiator and gaskets need replacing at fitting, and the cooling system has to be in good order. The full conditions are in our terms of sale.
Can you fit it for me?
Yes. Our workshop supplies and fits engines. See engine replacement and rebuilds.
Can you send an engine interstate?
Yes. Engines go on a pallet with a freight company, anywhere in Australia. Freight is paid by the customer and quoted with the engine. See delivery.
Warranty, fitment and freight
Used parts come with our 90-day Silver warranty, and you can upgrade to Gold (180 days) or Platinum (365 days) when you buy (see our terms of sale). Send us your rego or VIN and we'll check the part matches before it leaves the yard. Not on our shelf? We search 300+ wrecking yards nationally: send us a part request. Freight goes anywhere in Australia at the customer's cost (see delivery).
