Match the bellhousing and the transfer case
The same gearbox can sit behind different engines with a different bellhousing, and the output has to suit your transfer case. Tell us the engine code and send the VIN, and we'll match the whole unit.
Autos on newer 4x4s
Some newer automatics need their control module or adaptations matched to the vehicle after fitting. We'll tell you if yours does before you buy.
Do the clutch while it's out
If you're fitting a used manual, replace the clutch kit and check the flywheel at the same time. The labour is already done, and it's the cheapest time to do it.
Used or rebuilt?
A good used gearbox is the cheapest option. If yours is worth saving, or the model is rare, a rebuild in our workshop can make more sense. Call us and we'll talk you through both.
Warranty, fitment and freight
Used parts come with our 90-day Silver warranty, and you can upgrade to Gold (180 days) or Platinum (365 days) when you buy (see our terms of sale). Send us your rego or VIN and we'll check the part matches before it leaves the yard. Not on our shelf? We search 300+ wrecking yards nationally: send us a part request. Freight goes anywhere in Australia at the customer's cost (see delivery).
