- 2021 on: XU70. 3.5 V6 (2GR-FKS) at launch, then the 2.4 turbo petrol (T24A-FTS), both with an 8-speed auto, plus the 2.5 hybrid (A25A-FXS) with a CVT
- 2014 to 2021: XU50. 3.5 V6 (2GR-FE) with a 6-speed auto, then from 2017 the 2GR-FKS V6 with an 8-speed auto
- 2007 to 2014: XU40. 3.5 V6 (2GR-FE) with a 5-speed auto
- 2003 to 2007: XU20. 3.3 V6 (3MZ-FE)
